Trade Antiques Fairs

There are, in Britain, a handful of large 'trade' antiques fairs, each held just a few times a year, most lasting two days midweek. The first day is reserved for stallholders to set up their stand (at some fairs there's a £10.00 or £20.00 early-entry charge), the second day is open to the trade and the public. 'Trade' comprises anyone (trade or public) eager enough to get up very early and pay a high entrance fee. These fairs tend to be large, from 300 to 1000 stalls, and are held on agricultural showgrounds or disused airfields.
